PRINT ALBUMS -- A collection of five large albums, English, late 18th- or early 19th-century.
2° (four albums measuring 710 x 530mm., the other larger album 765 x 628mm.), each containing approximately 50 leaves of buff wove paper, prints neatly removed and now with no sign of use except for pencil numbers in top right hand corner of each leaf, contemporary uniform English russia gilt, ornate ruled and roll tool dentelle borders, spines in eight uniform panels with raised bands, each panel with central saltire and floral corner pieces with perched eagle, gilt scroll work inner dentelles and gilt floral board edges, original green silk ties (light stains and slight scuff marks to covers).
