Sighted barrel, frame of S.R.C. type with ring removed, walnut fore-end and butt stock, stock bound with tooled leather cover having cartridge loop for five .44-40 rounds, together with a reproduction photo of Capt. Gonzaullas in front of a Texas Rangers' Ford

Frame retains some original blue, barrel with pitting and refinished surface obscuring original markings, bore poor
Captain Manuel T. Gonzaullas served as a Texas Ranger from Oct. 1920 to July, 1951. This carbine is noted as being Capt. Gonzaullas' favourite.
