A Ginori maiolica tri-lobed bowl
with three mythical beast handles, the dark-blue-ground sides moulded with trailing fruiting vines, the interior painted in blue and outlined in manganese with a vignette of two putti and a faun, within a foliate garland, beneath a Key-pattern border and yellow rim, on domed trefoil foot, painted mark, late 19th century (rim chips and small glaze chips) -- 40cm. diam.
