Tony Soter, the owner and winemaker of this Napa Valley winery, has had a marked influence on Californian winemaking. Having worked at a number of prestigious wineries, including Araujo and Dalla Valle, Soter has been able to use his winemaking skills to create specific wine styles. While his Carneros Pinot Noir, as offered below, stands out as being refined and extremely well made, his Cabernets are also stars, and are rarely seen in large format.
