18th/19th Century
Of ring-turned baluster form on a round stepped base; together with a two English brass liquid measures, 19th century, each of inverted funnel shape banded to the middle, one with opposing handles, the larger inscribed BOROUGH OF BACUP/GALLON/DE GRAVE & Co. Ltd. LONDON and the other HALF GALLON, one formerly with opposing handles now with a single handle; and an English Leather Fire Bucket, 19th century, of cylindrical form, one side decorated with the Royal coat-of-arms and the inscription DEIU ET MON DROIT
