The drum-shaped case surmounted by a figure of Cupid, the base with bowed front and foliate mounts, on toupie feet, the white enamel Arabic dial with pierced gilt-metal hands, the twin barrel movement with countwheel strike on bell -- 12½in. (31cm.) high; and the pair of cassolettes en suite, each with rams' mask mounts and raised on stepped plinths -- 8¾in. (22.5cm.) high (3)
