Of polygonal form, the pyramid cover with swing handle, the front with vacant white metal shield escutcheon, some veneers detached, some lacking, distressed overall -- 5in. (12.7cm.) high; and a tortoiseshell ladies compact, first quarter 20th century, of rectangular form, the interior with compartments and mirror -- 6 1/8in. (15.6cm.) wide (2)
