A pair of Chinese famille rose baluster vases
19th Century
with confronting Buddhistic lion and cub handles, decorated with a collection of vases issuing flower and fruit sprays, the reverse with peacocks perched on rockwork before peonies and prunus, collar of geometric patterns and peach sprays, all within ruyi and lappet bands, lime green ground -- 17¼. (44cm.) high, (one with restoration to rim).
