The last Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences membership card issued to Bette Davis in 1989 along with two of her Actor's Equity Association membership cards from 1980 and 1985, three of her American Federation of Television & Radio Artists memberships cards from 1984, 1985 and 1987 and two of her Press Club of San Francisco membership cards from 1985 and 1989. None are signed but all display her name either printed or typed on the face.
