Shown seated atop a mottled red and buff soapstone rockwork base while supporting a small pagoda in his hands, his softly-draped robes finely incised with foliate borders and an area of lotus scroll on one knee, the facial features and finely-stippled hair highlighted in black, traces of red pigment, the stone of attractive buff colour with some areas of opaque ochre and dark grey mottling (minor chips)--5¼in. (13.4cm.) high
