A MASSIVE LATE MING BLUE AND WHITE 'DRAGON' MEIPING
WANLI SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN A LINE ON THE SHOULDER AND OF THE PERIOD

The sturdily potted body painted to the sides with two leaping five-clawed horned dragons reserved on a ground of lotus meander between stiff lotus lappets and ruyi-head borders at the shoulder and base--25in. (60.2cm.) high
