A FINE PAIR OF WUCAI 'DRAGON AND PHOENIX' BOWLS
DAOGUANG SEAL MARKS AND OF THE PERIOD

Enamelled to the exterior with striding green and red dragons amidst flower-sprays in pursuit of 'flaming pearls' divided by two descending phoenixes, all beneath a narrow band with the eight Buddhist emblems interspersed with ruyi-heads, the interior with an ascending dragon reaching for a flaming pearl amidst fire scrolls-- 5 7/8 in.
