A RARE ANTIQUE JADEITE, DIAMOND AND RUBY DEMI PARURE
Consisting of a necklace with 18 graduated light green calibre cut jadeite links joined by eighteen gem set links, each designed as a line of rubies with rose diamonds on either side; a hinged bangle, the polished gold hoop with scrolled shoulders on either side of a circular, light green jadeite panel set to the centre with calibre cut rubies between rose diamond circles; and a pair of ear pendants, with a circular light green jadeite, diamond and ruby cluster suspending a similarly set trefoil motif, with an elegant connecting bar designed as a tapering line of rubies with rose diamond scrolls on either side, circa 1870 (few rose-cut diamonds deficient)
