Tinqua (Guan Lianchant) was the younger brother of Lamqua. He was the best known watercolourist working in Canton during the mid 19th century. He had a flourishing studio, situated at 16 New China Street, Canton, employing many students. They produced a prolific amount of watercolours and bodycolours of every subject of consistently high quality
