Cast as a shallow saucer fitted with a candle-support ring and pricket set on three shaped legs, the back leg extended for balance, lacquered with three hollyhock crests (aoi-mon) on a dense nashiji ground, three large crests on the saucer, two small crests on each of the short legs and three small crests on the long leg--10 3/8 in. (26.3cm.) long, 5½in. (13.9cm.) high
