Decorated with two interior scenes, possibly from the Dream of the Western Chamber, one depicting a gathering of officials conversing on a pavilion terrace, the other showing a group of ladies strolling in a garden, with three Immortals on clouds to one side, all painted in shades of green, aubergine and yellow and enclosed by thick black borders dividing the two scenes and encircling the rim and bottom edge 6in. (15.5cm.) high
