Depicting various exotic birds amongst flowering tree branches and rockwork, the upper and lower borders depicting various objects and still lifes, the reverse with Chinese characters, on bracket feet
Each panel 108½in. (275.5cm.) high, 19in. (48cm.) wide

Lot Essay

The inscription on the back is a lengthy poetic compilation including the titel 'The Master of the Eastern Stream' who is high in friendship and hidden virtue.
