Designed as a circular-cut diamond and spiked and textured gold outer shell, with a large mabé pearl chestnut center, attached to a circular-cut diamond and textured gold stem, enhanced by a cluster of carved aventurine quartz leaves, with circular-cut diamond and gold wirework detail, mounted in 18K gold (several leaves slightly chipped)
