Designed as a pavé-set diamond, yellow guilloché enamel and gold snake's head, with pear-shaped ruby eyes, opening to reveal a circular watch, joined to a pavé-set diamond, yellow guilloché enamel and gold coiled snake link band, mounted in 18K gold, in a leather case, circa 1975
