Rectangular, the hinged cover applied in the center with a diamond and rose-diamond set double-headed eagle on sunburst ground, with diamond-set frame and crown and with a further diamond between white enamel pellets at each corner, with two panels of laurel foliage within borders of white enamel, chased laurel leaves and guilloche, the sides with similar panels and borders, marked inside cover and base, on flange and twice on outside of the cover
