Maker's mark of Georg Jensen Silversmithy, mostly post 1945
Most engraved with plain initial W, comprising Blossom pattern, salad fork and spoon (no. 84), small pair of scissors and pickle-fork; Cactus pattern serving spoon, pastry trowel, ?sugar spoon, bottle-opener and nutcracker; Acorn pattern, eight ice tea spoons, small flat server, small shovel, caviar spoon and knife with horn bowl and blade; The remainder varying serving pieces comprising: a four- prong fork and trowel, each with partly twisted stem supporting clover bud, the bowls engraved with clovers--no. 35; a salad fork and spoon and trowel, each with partly openwork stem supporting beaded bud finial--no. 36; a two prong fork and trowel, the openwork navette form stem issuing bead enclosed stylized tulip form finial--no. 83, the fork 10¼in. (26cm.) long; a serving spoon, similar to Acanthus pattern, three serving spoons with oval bowls, with slightly varying coiling frond and bead terminal--nos. 141, 21 and 41 from 7¾in. to 5¼in. long; a similar small fork no. 42; a spoon with stylized foliate handle--no. 54; a sugar spoon-no. 53; a knife-rest no. 104; and a Jensen style jelly spoon--marked STERLING, weighable silver 69oz.
