Moulded on the interior below the rim with a band of flower petals centering an underglaze-blue roundel of four water fowl flying under clouds and over the plants and cresting waves of a river enclosed by double lines, also painted in underglaze-blue on the underside with three tasseled coin sprays above a slender blue line, the white glaze with strong blue caste and even lustre, foot unglazed, recessed base mostly glazed--6 3/8in.
