Jaguars need very little introduction, being world renowned. From the company's origins in the late 1920's to the present day, Jaguar has set new trends in styling and perfomance. The XJ6 series was first introduced in 1968 and was such a successful model that it was still in production some 22 years later. As always Jaguar refined and uprated the model to appeal to their clientele and to compete against strong competition from the likes of Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Lexus. This particular Jaguar not only has the standard Jaguar refinements but also offers much more.

Without the availability of Jaguar's Daimler division to supply cars into the United States, the original owner of this XJ6 had Corporate Coachworks of Springfield, Massachusetts create a one-off Daimler-like executives limousine. This project was completed in 1992 with it being used mostly for the theater and personal shopping since then.

This XJ6 was stretched a total of only 27" so a standard garage could still accomodate this vehicle. The luxury appointments include a dual glass/leather divider, TV, VCR, stereo, telephones, ice chest, crystal decanters and glasses, custom wood cabinets, and custom headliner and interior lighting.

A very spacious sunroof is incorporated into the rear seating area. Chrome factory wheels, European headlights and rear foglights, as well as smoke-black tail-lights give this special Jaguar a very discreet appeal. We believe this remarkable conversion may be a unique example, and that the work cost well in excess of the price of the original car. The recorded mileage of this limousine is around 4,000 from new.
