Of bombé form, the sides decorated with two shaped reserves of court figures and fisherman traveling in a sampan, below a blue keyfret band encircling the shoulder, and surrounded by puce lotus blossoms and gilt foliate scroll, applied with a pair of lion masks suspending bronze ring handles, the interior decorated with multi-colored carp swimming amidst scattered water weeds and the everted rim with lotus blossom sprays reserved on alternating grounds of lime-green trellis and blue cloud pattern, enamels worn, minor glaze chips on rim--26 1/2in. (67.3cm.) across handles
