Molded in the form of a bull's head, with ribbed brow and modelled poll, black-glazed except for the interior of the ears, the nostrils, and the eyes, the irises and pupils in black, the bowl with flaring lip, painted with a standing maenad wearing a peplos, a tambourine in her left hand, a thyrsos in her right, palmettes on either side, a band of dotted egg on the rim, a strap handle in back
