Painted and gilt with a scene of two coopers by a river landscape, reserved on the gilt foliage ground, (minor rim frits to cup); together with a small famille rose and grisaille decorated eggshell saucer, Qianlong, circa 1740-45, painted with a man smoking a pipe, a dog and child below a tree, within floral diaper bands (star cracks to base, rim crack)--4½in.
