Kirk & Son, 1880-1900, very deep oval, on four foliate scroll feet, entirely chased and engraved with flowering foliage on matted ground, with two foliate shell handles, with applied shell and scroll rim, the partly domed cover with conforming decoration, crimped rim, and topped by elaborate foliate shell C-scroll handle--length over handles 12in. (30.4cm.), 54oz.
