A GEORGE IV SILVER CRUET-STAND, Sheffield, 1826, maker's mark R G pellet between, the fourned rectangular stand on four tapering feet, with applied tongue-and-dart rim, with foliate scroll ends, the center engraved with script initials, each end with plain scroll support to the seven bottle rings and two stopper rings, rising to angular handle with shell within circle join, with five cut-glass stoppered bottles (one chip to one foot), a mustard-bottle wiht silver cover, and a castor with silver pierced cover (unmarked), the rings and handle with conforming rim to stand--10in. (25.4cm.) long, weighable silver 19.5oz.
