A WORCESTER (FLIGHT, BARR & BARR) TWO-HANDLED VASE
CIRCA 1825, PUCE SCRIPT MARK

With gilt entwined serpent handles, the cup-shaped body painted with a scene of "The Castle at Newcastle, Northumberland" and "Keswick Lake, from Brow Top, Cumberland", within gilt foliage surrounds and below a white bead rim, raised on a square gilt-enriched base (painting with small scratches, minute chips to base)--8in. (20cm.) high
