The poem alludes to jade and carving and includes the cyclical inscrption Qianlong Yiyu, and ends with two seals, Bi de and
Lang Run. Both seals were favored by Qianlong and the inclusion of the Yu (Imperial) character suggests that this was a poem written by the emperor.
