Les Clark was the first of the "Nine Old Men" to join the Walt Disney Company in 1927. Mr. Clark with UB Iwerks, was the main animator of Mickey Mouse and worked at the studio until 1975. He animated almost all the early Mickey shorts and many feature films including Fantasia, Cinderella, Peter Pan, Lady and the Tramp and Alice and Wonderland. His early animation drawings are rare and represent an important aspect of the true art of animation.
