AN ART NOUVEAU FRUIT STAND, maker's mark of Wurttembergische MetalwarenFabrik, circa 1906, the inverted trumpet shaped stem on four tapering feet with teadrop join, one join with inscription, one with dates 1881-1906 with openwork curvilinear scrolls between, the bottom of stem applied with panels of similar scrolls, each corner with tapering support to the molded circular frame, the bottom of the frame similarly pierced, with cut glass circular bowl with shaped rim--the frame 12½in. (31.7cm.) high
