A WILLIAM III SILVER TANKARD, maker's mark of I H crowned, marks unclear, circa 1690, with later decorated, cylindrical, the mid section fluted and cetnering C scroll enclosed vacant cartouche with in rocaille surround, above lozenge band, below floral band, the hinged molded domed cover with flutes and circles, shaped lip, with part beaded rat tailed scroll handle and open thumbpiece--7½in. (19cm.) high, 29oz.
