A GEORGE III SILVER TEAPOT AND A TEAPOT STAND, both London, the teapot 1784, maker's mark of Hester Bateman, the stand 1785, by the same, the oval teapot engraved with floral festoons, centering two sides engraved vacant elipse, all beteeen engraved borders, with part engraved spout, wood loop handle, the raised hinged cover tooped by wood oval finial--6in. (15.2cm.) high; the oval stand on four claw and ball feet, with molded border and applied beaded rim--7½in. (19cm.) long, gross weight 19oz.
