A SILVER CENTERPIECE, maker's mark of Bigelow Bros. & Kennard, stamped pure coin, the shallow circular bowl with applied bold beaded rim, the side engraved with inscription dated 1859, the center issuing stem enclosed by stemmed leaves, supporting ciruclar rockwork ground for the two cast hounds attacking a stag under a tree, the stem between the molded raised foot, engraved with twisted band, composed of similar stemmed leaves and lillies--11½in.
