Paid frank (Haller FG1), printed express company frank in three arcs, unused, with 3c Green on cream entire (U84), trivial gum smears on face, still fresh and very fine, scarce, only known on unused envelopes, little is really known about this company, which is supposed to have operated 'somewhere in the west outside of California and Oregon' ca. 1871
