Gregory's California Express, New York, handsome illustrated corner card showing Gregory's office at the corner of Beaver and Pearl Sts. in New York, a busy street scene also highlighting Gregory's 'Package and Parcel Express', used with mostly clear red 'New York 5cts.' datestamp with integral rate, to Boston, edgewear with a few mostly small tears, still quite fresh and very fine, a beautiful illustration for one of the busiest companies in the early 50's, so successful in fact that its owner abandoned it in 1853 because there was more than he could handle
