Paid. frank (Haller FM4), printed express company frank imitative of Wells, Fargo franks, used on 3c Pink entire (U58), cancelled by mostly clear blue oval datestamp 'Wells, Fargo & Co., San Francisco', with paste-up on backflap addressed to Lake Vineyard Cal., with blue 'Paid' in double oval, front side with slightly irregular at R. into indicia, bleach lightened staining, still presentable and nearly fine, very scarce, this small company operated from Fort Miller (now Fresno) to Snellings Ranch, 1865-1866
