Paid. printed frank (Haller FP4) in ribbon design, on 3c Pink entire (U 58), cancelled with box of small squares, matching clear Marysville Cal. double circle datestamp, all on blue all-over lithograph for the Union Hotel and General Stage Office Oroville Cal., to Worcester N.Y., reduced at L. slightly into printed frank, light toning, still quite fresh and fine, very scarce, this company operated from Portland Ore. to Lincoln Cal., 1865 to 1867, but its markings are elusive
