A GEORGE III SILVER COFFEE POT, Sheffield, 1774, maker's mark of Tudor & Leader, baluster, on raised slant gadrooned bordered foot, the body chased and engraved with criss-crossing floral festoons joins by stylized shell, engraved underneath the spout with script inscription May 3 1774 A Gift of the Owners of the Industry to Tho.s Cragg Master, with partly beaded, fluted and stylized shell sharply upraised spout, with silver joined wood scroll handle, with hinged low domed conforming cover, topped by beaded bud finial--12¼in. (31.1cm.) high, gross weight 12.5oz.
