A SILVER TEA URN, bearing spurious marks for London, 1740, vase form, on square pedestal base, the base, body and spool form cover chased with ribbon tied, and paterae headed, floral festoons, the body engraved with "crest", with silver plated spout, two sides with ram's head mask issuing floral cluster ribbon hung handles, the cover topped by urn finial--17¾in. (45cm.) high, gross weight 62.5oz.
