(45.7cm.) long; an urn form footed sugar vase--Fletcher & Gardiner, Boston; the shoulder applied with elaborate foliate shell and scroll band, with two leafy handles, the detachable cover topped by fruit basket finial to the radiating leafy calyx--10¼in. (26cm.) high; an inverted pyriform footed cream jug--B. Gardiner, New York, with applied floral and foliate shoulder and cast scroll handle--8¼in. (20.9cm.) high; a pair of two handled cups for sugar bowls--Marquand & Co., New York, each campana form on foot, the sides chased and engraved with flowering foliage, centering two side shaped oval scroll enclosed cartouche, one initialled, with two foliate scroll handles--4½in.
