A CHARLES I BROWN LEATHER CASKET
Circa 1630, possibly French
Oblong, with a domed lid and decoration with gilt-tooled fleur-de-lys within scroll and flowerhead borders, with a steel handle and lockplate- 3in. (7.5cm.) high; together with an 18th century slope fronted brown leather box, probably French, circa 1720, with gilt-tooled sprays of flowers within scrolled borders- 9¼in. (23.5cm.) high; and a Victorian walnut domed tea caddy, circa 1870, with engraved gilt-metal strapwork and bone decoration- 8¼in. (11.5cm.) high (6)
