With gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, mono-metallic balance, inscribed 18 carat gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, blued steel moon-style hands, the engine-turned circular case with coin-edged rim, monogrammed front cover, accompanied with original Vacheron & Constantin certificate and associated 14 carat gold watch chain with key, cuvette, dial and movement signed.
