The cup painted in colours with a nymph spanking Cupid with a bouquet of roses, his broken bow at their feet within a gilt oval surround and with wide bands of gilt stylized foliage between bands of ribbon and seeding, the saucer painted with trophies emblamatic of love in a landscape within a similar gilt band (cup cracked and chip to footrim)--
