The gilt movement jewelled to the third wheel, gilt three-arm balance, 18K gold cuvette, floral engraved silver dial with roman chapters, blued steel Breguet hands, within an 18K gold case engraved with a vignette of a villa beside a mountain lake, the top plate with incuse punch P.C within oval, numbered on top plate, reverse of dial, case and cuvette, 1840's -- 40mm. diam.
