In the Art Nouveau style, of shaped oval form on four elaborate openwork acanthus scroll and rocaille feet, the sides chased with fluting and sweeping rocaille and acanthus, the wavy rim with flaring openwork acanthus scrolls, with two acanthus scroll openwork side handles, the shaped overhead handle hinged at one end, with openwork scrolling acanthus and rocaille decoration, marked under base and on handle--17 3/4in.
