Of shaped circular form on four scroll feet, the wavy border with anthemion at intervals, the center engraved with a coat-of-arms within and elaborate acanthus scroll and rocaille cartouche, marked under base with maker's mark only struck twice--16 3/4in. (42.5cm.) diam.
