Of flattened oviform shape, Earth with figures of Diana and Pan, a wheat sheaf handle and applied putti, moulded and painted with hunting scenes; Air with Juno, peacock and Zephyr blowing clouds, the handle as billowing drapery and applied putti, moulded and painted with birds in flight; Fire with Hephestos holding bellows and seated on an anvil, a dragon handle and applied putti moulded and painted with animals fleeing a forest fire; Water with Neptune on a shell and a mermaid with water reed handle and applied putti moulded and painted with ships at sea and hippogriphs--(all approximately 24½in.
