Of rectangular shape, designed with two gold lacquer fan-shaped reserves on a gyobu-nashiji ground, the reserves decorated in iro-e takamaki-e and inlaid in gilt soft-metal, one with a bow and quiver, hunting cap and falcon, the other with the attributes of the seven gods of good fortune, the reverse with a single reserve executed in iro-e takamaki-e with courtiers playing kemari beneath a willow tree, interior cases nashiji
